(Drabble) Cough

A short drabble made for Kuririn when she was sick.

"Cough, cough..."

"You sounded so bad, Kuririn," Atobe sat down at the edge of his girlfriend's bed. He touched her forehead with his hand, tried to measure her temperature by his palm. "Your fever is getting worse. I'll call the doctor now."

"No, Keigo, please don't," Kuri held his hand weakly, tried to stop his movement before he stood up. "I don't want any doctor."

Atobe looked down to the sick girl then at their intertwined hand. "No, you will."

*cough* "Keigo..." *cough*

Atobe sighed. He knew his girlfriend didn't like doctor. But he has no other choice.

"My words are final, Kuririn." He looked at her intensely. Those eyebrows made him looked scary, but he had those soft gaze on his eyes, the gaze that directed towards his Kuririn only. "I can't see you dying more than this, okay? Just be at ease and let Ore-sama handles everything." He lowered his head and kissed the girl's forehead. With that, he left her room to make some phone calls to his family's doctor.

Kuririn let out a weak smile while touching her forehead. She would never be able to argue Ore-sama, wouldn't her?

Three days later, Kuririn still feel sick. Atobe worried so much; the doctor said she only got a slight flu and will be healed in 3 days or so. But it was the third day already and he didn't see any significant improvement on her.

"I'll call the other doctor." was his words when he saw Kuri opened her eyelids. He held her hand softly and squeezes it.

Unable to deliver a proper answer, she just shook her head weakly.

Silence filled the room. Both of the parties thought about their position. Of course Atobe wouldn't want to back off yet he also felt bad to impose his sick girlfriend. He knew she didn't like the doctors. But he's not a doctor and he didn't understand medical things.

How can he handle this...

Brain worked hard for a while, until it found the best way for both of them.

"Let's visit Oshitari Hospital, okay? I'll call Oshitari to make an appointment." He held her hand lightly, knew that she can't reject Oshitari Yuushi. Afterall, they're best friends since Middle School, aren't they?
